π What a wonderful week we had here at Agnes and Arthur β filled with creativity, pampering, laughter, and memory-making!
π Creative Kindness:
We made beautiful gifts from pipe cleaners and painted rocks for National Childrenβs Day. These will soon be delivered to the children at Head Start Nursery, and our residents loved creating something special for them.
π Scrapbook Time:
We continued our creative streak by working on our scrapbooks, filled with memories and special moments from the past 12 months.
π§ Menβs Mental Health Day:
To raise money and awareness, residents and staff voted for a male staff member to have their legs waxedβ¦ and our wonderful director Phil was the lucky winner! π
Everyone had a go at removing the wax strips β all for a great cause. Thank you, Phil, for being such a great sport!
Our gents also enjoyed well-deserved manβs caring with fresh cuts and shaves from Rich, our mobile barber.
πββοΈ Pamper Time for the Ladies:
Our ladies enjoyed their salon time with Lisa, our mobile hairdresser β fresh trims, perms, and sets all round.
π Outings & Adventures:
Weβve been out and about this week too β including a fabulous ladies night at the Victoria Hall Theatre to watch One Night of Elvis!
Our gentlemen enjoyed essential shopping trips to Stone and Crewe, along with peaceful canal walks.
π¬ Sweet Treats:
To finish the week, we treated ourselves to some goodies from the tuck shop β the perfect end to a lovely week.
