Today we held our first staff menopause cafe, A safe and supportive space for our team to share experiences and tips around menopause. Thankyou to our staff welfare lead, Jo for arranging this wonderful initiative! We're proud to be fostering conversations that support the wellbeing of our staff, and we look forward to hosting more sessions in the future.

This Christmas, we are honoured to share our Memorial Christmas Tree, now displayed in our reception area. Each bauble on the tree holds the name of a resident who has sadly passed away this year—a gentle and meaningful way for us to remember those who were part of our Trentham House family. ❤️

Families, friends, residents, and staff are welcome to stop by, take a moment of reflection, and add a message or tribute if they wish. Together, we can celebrate their memory and keep their light shining during this special season.
