At Safe Harbor we have the firm belief that everyone has the right to dignity, privacy and respect. We pride ourselves on providing quality and considered care to each and every individual in a safe, comfortable home from home environment. Each service user in our homes is treated as an individual, with regularly updated care plans, customised menus depending on dietary requirements and activities to promote a happy lifestyle. We employ dedicated, highly trained and experienced staff, to provide 24-hour care in a professional and respectful manner. Our key agenda at the Safe Harbor Group is making the Person-Centred ethos an integral part of our culture. We want to provide the best we can for our residents and to assist them in being able to live full lives. We have spent a long time looking for staff who are not only the best at their jobs, but also, good people who genuinely care and want to make a difference. Carers strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all service users within a warm and caring atmosphere, and in so doing will be sensitive to the service users ever changing needs. Such needs may be medical/therapeutic (for physical and mental welfare), cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social, and service users are encouraged to participate in the development of their individualised Care Plans in which the involvement of family and friends may be appropriate and is greatly valued.

Safe Harbor is committed to being at the forefront of providing quality personalised residential and nursing care: to create a homely environment which respects each individual's independence, protects their status and enables them to achieve as full a life as possible. We aim to achieve this by the continual development of all our staff to satisfy the requirements of the residents and their home. With over 30 years experience, the management of Safe Harbor pride ourselves on offering a highly professional care service for the elderly, with a personal touch. We are pleased to accept Service Users for long term, short term for convalescence and holiday stays. When people have worked hard throughout their life and have been committed to helping others, we think they deserve extra cherishing. They need a home where individuality is emphasised, with staff that have time to give attention to small detail, and where they have the choice of enjoying the company of like-minded fellow Service Users
