💕💕Appreciation Post!!!💕💕

We never do our role to get thanks or gratification but we are always so truly humbled by the cards and Google reviews we receive off our families we look after.

To receive cards, chocolates, gifts and wonderful reviews at a time that is so purely raw and emotional, we are so grateful and wish to thank our families, from the bottom of our hearts, for entrusting us to do what we can and for those gifts of thanks at such sad times. It really does mean alot.

We are not a family who boasts about our work in order to claim to be the best, we simply give the same exceptional standards of care both with our door open or behind closed doors. We hold faith in our high standards and that continues to shine with the new families we welcome through and with returning families, since we were established in 1905.

Being members of both the NAFD and SAIF, and holding the golden seal for Golden Charter Pre-Paid Funeral Plans, we strive to support our families throughout Staffordshire, Cheshire and beyond so they never feel alone.

Recently, funeral director Sam had a conversation with a passer-by. This particular family had chosen a well publicised company to conduct a direct cremation for their beloved uncle. Upon asking the company if he could wear his favourite football top, they said no. To ask if they could see him one last time before the cremation, they said no. His ashes were posted back to the next of kin.

Here at W.R Bettelley, your local independent funeral directors, we conduct direct cremations. We wash and dress your loved ones, viewing is optional should you wish, we'll play their favourite music to them, we place a little knitted heart of love with them before they leave us, our funeral director and our small team is with them for the whole journey.

For £1860, this is a service that you can trust, and be reassured that your loved one gets the best level of care, regardless if the funeral is unattended or not. The ashes are personally collected by the team and returned to you.

Celebrating international women's day.

Our wonderful team, with Funeral Director Sam (providing for and supporting families at the highest standards), funeral service operatives Chrissy and Kate (who work tirelessly day in and day out and ensuring the utmost level of care and service) and Sam's daughter Raine, who steps in on college holidays and assists with operative duties and administration (being only 17 but shows such immense care and compassion on her young shoulders).
