Are you between 40 and 74? The NHS Health Check is designed to spot the early signs of stroke, heart attack and type 2 diabetes.
It is available to anyone aged 40-74 who lives in Staffordshire and is not under the care of a GP for pre-existing conditions such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol.

Everyone Health have launched a Roadshow across Staffordshire — with pop-up and mobile clinics in community centres, leisure venues, supermarkets and more.

🌟 Knowing the signs and symptoms of Anemia 🌟
Anaemia happens when your body doesn’t have enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen, and it’s more common than you might think!

🩸 Common symptoms include:
🥱 Tiredness or lack of energy.
😵 Dizziness or feeling light-headed.
❄️ Cold hands and feet.
😖 Frequent headaches.
🫁 Shortness of breath, especially during activity.
🫀 Irregular or rapid heartbeat.

It’s Asbestos Safety Awareness Week, and we’ve created a simple information leaflet to help tenants understand what asbestos is and how to stay safe in their homes 🏡⚠️

Asbestos was widely used in older buildings, and while it’s safe when left undisturbed, damaged materials can release harmful fibres into the air 🚨
That’s why it’s important not to cut, drill, break, or disturb anything you think may contain asbestos. Always report concerns so trained specialists can check it safely.

This week, Natalie, our Health & Safety Coordinator, will be visiting sites to speak with customers, answer questions, and offer advice about asbestos and safety across our services.
