Well yesterday was the end of an era. 13years of BootyFul and I closed my doors for the very last time 😢 I’d like to thank all clients over the years both past and present for all of their loyal custom and support.

I’d also like to thank everyone I have seen over the past few weeks for the lovely messages, cards and gifts ☺️

I’d also like to thank Lisa Moss and Rachael Ledgar for making the salon such a lovely place to work for the past 6 years. I have gained 2 lovely friends and I will miss working with you both ❤️

I’d like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and all the best wishes for 2022. Hope you all stay safe.

📣Important Announcement 📣

Now all the relevant people know I have an important announcement I would like to share with you all.

It is with great sadness that I announce that Wednesday 22nd December will be my last working day, not only of 2021, but indefinitely, after Christmas I am afraid I will cease trading as BootyFul beauty, holistic & skincare therapies. I will be closing my doors and stepping away from the beauty therapy industry 😢😢😢

I have worked in the beauty therapy industry for 15 years and I have been self employed for just over 13 of those years.

I’d like to thank all of my clients both past and present from the bottom of my heart for your custom and all of your support over the past 13 years, I have met some truly lovely people along the way that have become more than just clients to me and I have had the honour and privilege of sharing in some of your major life events.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to Lisa Moss and Rachel Ledgar who made me feel so welcome from the moment I started working alongside them, working with you both has been so easy, we’ve had some great times together and fab Christmas party’s (which we will continue to have for many years to come 😉😂) I will truly miss working with you both and I can honestly say I have gained 2 amazing friends which I will always treasure.

This hasn’t been an easy decision for me to make, it has been months of thinking and plenty of teary conversations with my family.
But the past 20 months have been difficult, the pandemic has had an affect on many industry’s, particularly the leisure, hospitality and beauty industry and I for one have witnessed these affects first hand.

I feel everything happens for a reason and I don’t quite know what’s in store for me in the coming future but it’s going to be a new chapter and a new adventure for me and my family.

I would like to thank everyone for being so understanding and supportive and for your lovely messages, I have been overwhelmed with your kind words 💗

📣 COVID Regulations update 📣

On Monday the government confirmed that as from Monday 19th July we will proceed with step 4 of the roadmap and the majority of the remaining COVID regulations in place will be lifted.

As a business that offers close contact treatments I have taken the decision to continue with the current safety measures in place, this includes the continued sanitisation of hands and the wearing of ppe such as face masks, visors, gloves and screens will remain in place.

We all need to learn to live with this virus and we have done a fantastic job as a country at getting the population vaccinated, however this virus still posses a risk and we all still need to be aware and not drop our guard. It is still important to keep ourselves and one another safe.

That is why I am asking that all clients please still wear face coverings when attending the salon for your treatment.

I know face masks aren’t nice to wear, trust me they aren’t pleasant to work in, however I want to ensure I am kept safe and in turn I can keep my family safe and also provide clients with a safe and comfortable environment that they feel confident to visit.

There are still a few of you lovely ladies I haven’t seen on our return to work yet.

I know times are still very uncertain and the government has just announced the delay of the final easing of restrictions that should have taken place in June.

I just want to re-assure all clients that we are still 100% COVID secure and will continue to be not until the government tells us otherwise but for as long as myself and my clients feel we want and need these restrictions in place.

I want my clients to feel 100% safe and confident 💙
