A little about me:
I am a fully insured general building and maintenance contractor, covering every aspect of the construction industry. My work is a passion I enjoy, so I give 100% every day, with care and attention in every detail. My scope of work covers everything from the smallest jobs like cleaning out gutters, through to the biggest projects like building an entire new home. My aim is to take away all the stress and worry of a project. I call it “Ending your nightmares by building your dreams”. I am an excellent communicator, explaining every aspect of my work which ensures that my clients know they can place their full trust in me, that I have their best interests at heart, both in value for money and the quality of workmanship. Maintaining good working practices and fully compliant with the latest health and safety requirements of the construction industry. I try to set myself apart from other builders in an effort to break away from the misguided view that all builders are the same.

A elderly veteran selling poppies stopped a lady who was coming towards him on the street and asked if he could re-position her poppy. While doing so he told the lady that as long as she wore the poppy “with pride” it doesn’t matter which side it is worn (statement from the Royal British Legion).
He went on to explain that the red represents the blood of all those who gave their lives, the black represents the mourning of those who didn't have their loved ones return home, and the green leaf represents the grass and crops growing and future prosperity after the war destroyed so much.
The leaf should be positioned at 11 o'clock to represent the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the time that World War One formally ended. He was worried that younger generations wouldn't understand this and his generation wouldn't be around for much longer to teach them.
