This isn’t a post to promote my business or my own running. But I want to acknowledge and celebrate some amazing recent performances from friends, who I’ve had the pleasure of helping along their running journeys.

Don’t miss out!

This Saturday (6 November 2021) I’ll be at Velo Runner in Stone, attending the official launch of the Velo Runner Alsager 5 and Knighton 20 races (where I think I still hold the course record - at least until March!)

Come along for some training and racing advice, a sports massage or advice on treating and avoiding injuries

You could even join in with one of our free training sessions, led by an experienced and fully qualified coach, with plenty of running experience! (Get in touch for further information)

There’s discounted entry to the races, along with plenty of free refreshments, promotions and giveaways all day in store - you could even get kitted out for the races with free gait analysis and expert advice!

We offer a series of free training sessions every Saturday, catering for any ability, club or non-club runner. There’s a session for everyone. And everyone is very welcome!

More restrictions relaxed, means more reasons to smile!

So please allow me a little bit of self-massage (to my ego)! I can’t believe this was 10 years ago this weekend, what a brilliant bunch of lads (and me making up the numbers!) national 12 stage relay winners (for the second time!), a really proud moment for me.

Remember we’re fully open for injury treatment and prevention sessions, group and individual training and advice, plus an underwater treadmill and Endless pool!

One more step along the road today, one step closer to returning to everything we love about running!

Group training sessions are back on Saturday (3 April)! We’ve got plenty of different groups, catering for every ability, from beginners to more experienced runners and a special Easter session planned! There’s still some places available.

We’re all running towards the light at the end of the tunnel now!

Well done to everyone for getting through another lockdown.

As it stands I’ll be back running our group training sessions from Saturday 3 April 2021 - and can’t wait! Please get in touch if you want any more information, or want to come along and improve your running - every ability and experience level is catered for and very welcome.

We’re still getting lots of enquiries about our current status, but I can confirm that yes we are still open!
