✨We would like to welcome Zara into the team ✨

Zara is a dedicated Sports Therapist. She will be running a sports massage clinic on Saturday mornings. If you’re looking for that weekend tune up before/after competition or a dedicated sports massage, Zara can help.

Here’s a little info on our newest team member. Zara currently supports Penkridge Rugby Club, providing pitch-side care, injury assessment, and rehabilitation. With qualifications in Level 4 Sports Massage, Myofascial and Advanced First Aid. Zara has also worked across Europe with the competitive paintball community, adapting to high-intensity environments to deliver on-site care.

Congratulations to Richard after completing the Manchester Marathon.

Richard came to see Aaron 5 weeks out from the marathon with a sudden increase of pain. He wasn’t able to train and contemplated withdrawing. After further assessment and guided treatment we were able to get him back training and participating in the Marathon.

🌟 Meet Aaron 🌟

Aaron is one of our full time members of staff.

Aaron has been a physiotherapist for 11 years, starting his work within the nhs and sporting environment before working full time in the private sector.

He has a keen interest in chronic pain, acute sporting injury and specifically enjoys a stubborn shoulder or a niggling knee pain.

Outside of work Aaron enjoys the Adrenaline filled activities but also the tranquility of swinging the golf clubs.
