So I did a thing! I went to a spa, on my own!

I had an evening to myself at Moddershall Oaks Spa ~ it felt long overdue and a little self indulgent but it was absolutely what I needed. From the hot stone massage, to cozing up with a book and hitting the sauna (several times!) there was no guilt or feeling like I didn't deserve it.

Taking time for you isn't about giving less to others, it's about filling your 'cup' so you're in a more balanced place to support yourself and others 💯
