🧡Sunday Sanctuary - 2nd April. We gather once a month in HeartSpace to pause, tune in, share and feel the medicine that a loving circle of women provide in bucketloads! It's a different circle of women every time. All welcome. Tea & cake included! 7.00pm - 9.00pm, £15. 2 spaces left.

🌑Moon Circle - Thursday 20th April. Come and gather with us on Zoom to connect under the New Moon - enjoy a lunar meditation, understand what the moon is calling us to, set intentions and rest with a guided yoga nidra. 7.30pm - 9.00pm. £10 includes nidra recording to enjoy afterwards.

🍁Perimenopause Retreat day - Saturday 22nd April. A day to step away from the busyness of life and drop your bundle. Land in a circle of mid life women, to understand the path of perimenopause, feel supported, nourish yourself with perimenopause friendly lunch, be in nature, enjoy a sound bath and deep rest. 10.00am - 5.30pm. £75. 3 spaces left.

⭕️Women's Circles - Wednesday 26th April. Our Women's Circles run every other Wednesday. A chance to press pause, come home to yourself with a stretch, meditation, yoga nidra, oracle cards and togetherness. They are really welcoming and nourishing. Wednesday 9.30am - 11.00am in HeartSpace (£12 per session) and 7.30pm - 9.00pm on Zoom (£10 per session)

💗1-1s in HeartSpace - available to suit. Space to help you get clear - be heard, held and seen. Deep listening, support to help you find your way. Children, Teenagers, Adults, Couples - all welcome.

It’s been a busy week in HeartSpace with Vision Boarding Workshops, Moon & Spring Equinox Circle and 1-1s.

We ve walked through some big shifts together this past week, and it’s still ongoing….

The dark moon at the start of last week brought about lots of closure & release. Then we had the spring equinox landing on the dark moon which muted the spring renewal vibes a bit.

Then, with the new moon on Tuesday came the call to sit & get clear in the darkness. Our vision boarding session on Wednesday brought so much gold & clarity through!

What a week!

This week has felt like all the bets are off, which is sometimes a bit nerve wracking, but also holds so much possibility. It’s been an emotional week for many, with grief to bear and big stuff to feel.

We are coming through the other side of an epically challenging few years, and we have been changed to beyond what we could ever have imagined. Both the world we live in & our inner world has been dismantled & we are now starting to rebuild & perhaps make new choices

This is not always pretty. The work is largely excavating the programming & preparing to let go of the uncomfortably comfortable.

Humans crave certainty & generally don’t like change. But change we must.

Thank you for those who have come along to share time & space this week - in person, or online. Together we can do hard things. When nothing is certain, everything is possible.

As ever, I am in awe of how brave folk are at letting themselves be revealed, heard & seen. Thank you for trusting me with your tender hearts…

Making the decision to face the discomfort and look beneath the surface of what is being felt, is a brave move.

We often go...'la la la la la' for quite a while before we get so fed up we are prepared to look and see.

Stepping out of our comfort zone of being uncomfortable takes balls, nay, ovaries!

But its the only way to shift and change. The way is through.

If you feel called to step out of your comfort zone, into a comfortable space to be held and heard in your process, HeartSpace awaits.

Blankets and soft landings provided, but welcome to bring your own duvet if it helps!

This week I have availability on Monday evening, Tuesday afternoon and Friday morning.

And so another week comes to a close in HeartSpace.

It's been a funny week, of 3 parts...

A great start and finish, with a messy bit in the middle!

This week seems to have been all about reviewing and recovering old wounds - in relationships and in our life story. Wounds of betrayal and hurt, grief, what was hoped for and never received. Acknowledging our place and sensing the enormity of waiting on a threshold to birth, anew, afresh in the entirety of being.
Also navigating the over arching weight of overwhelm and how to meet others needs whilst still honouring self. Dealing with expectations and coming to terms with not meeting them, and being ok with that. And lots of tears.....

And that was just the HeartSpacers!

I was the messy bit in the middle. Full Moon worked her magic on me Wednesday and Thursday....threw all my certainties up in the air and let them land all over. Old programming & past woundings rippled back up to be seen, and that familiar fear of 'is this it, am I in the right place, doing the right thing?'

I'm very grateful for all the love and holding yesterday from friends, for reminding me of my worth and 'ok' ness.

Luckily today brought two dear hearts along to HeartSpace to help me get back in the saddle, and a lovely wellbeing session for a NHS Peer support group, and a stunning sunset to boot.

Seems like 'This too shall pass' is a good reminder to end this week on....

Thinking about all the many women who have brought their truth and fears and overwhelm to HeartSpace, hoping to ease their heavy mental load and make sense of their experience of being a woman, with all it entails.

Honoured and grateful to hold space for women to unpack their bag and share their burdens.

Grateful for all the circles of sisterhood, where there are no edges, only compassion & understanding.

What a bloody magnificent thing it is to be a woman!

Holding you all in my heart this evening, and celebrating us all ..xx
