I’ve been informed that as we are a medical healthcare provider we have a duty of care to remain OPEN to maintain foot health and prevent any pressure on the NHS. All NHS podiatrists will no longer be carrying out routine podiatry treatment. We have a duty to be available for these patients. We are following our societies guidelines to keep you safe in our clinic.
*If you have had any symptoms of a fever or cough please phone and rebook your appointment. If you are over 70 and classed as being at risk please consider if your appointment is necessary.
*We have now changed all our appointments to 40 minutes to enable patients to arrive and leave without any contact with each other... please try not to arrive early for your appointment.
*if you would like to wait in your car until we are ready for you to enter the treatment room then call us when you arrive for your appointment and we’ll ring you back when we’re ready for you
* between each patient couches, equipment, waiting chairs and doors etc are sanitised to keep you safe
*everyone will be temperature checked on arrival as we are when we arrive for work
*please wash or use sanitizers on arrival and as you leave this is to keep our handles germ free, please don’t be offended if we ask you to do so
* please maintain social distancing from each other ..as we will yourselves
* please arrive for your appointment alone, where possible, if you need someone to bring you then please do not bring several members of your family also
* if you feel vulnerable attending clinic, please ask us about our mobile visits, we can assure you that appropriate Personal Protective Equipment will be used and we will sanitise on arrival and when we leave.
*to make you aware, when you visit we will be wearing a face mask and gloves.... don’t be offended, this is for your own safety
