and just like that, March is over 🌷how has it been for you?
this month for me has been all about the return of gentle routines - after becoming Grandma GiGi in 2025 the first couple of months of the year were a joyful whirlwind & in the beautiful chaos, I was never sure what day it was or what was happening
fast forward through March & I’ve been really intentional about my energy & my daily & weekly routines. I want to be the best support I can be for myself, my family, my pals & my work so I went right back to basics
this looked like
😌the return of my twice weekly mindfulness classes - Mondays & Saturdays - these quiet spaces are non negotiable for me - I just love my mindful community & together we’ve explored finding our purpose & leaning into spring, it’s been truly wonderful to be back. all the recordings are up in our membership so you can listen back whenever you want
😌daily gratitude - reminding myself that, even if the world is uncertain, there are so many things still to be grateful for - I’ve been keeping a journal & this has supercharged all the little glimmers throughout March
😌 being intentional about my energy - getting out in nature, prioritising connection & rest - doing the things that fill me up from within - I may also have had way too many mini eggs but hey ho, Easter is one of my favourite holidays & life is all about balance & blend, isn’t it
😌 choosing work that I love - I’m so fortunate to have the best coaching clients, colleagues in schools & corporate partners - getting to do work that doesn’t feel like work is the best. after having a corporate career that I loved, I feel very lucky to have a second amazing career for the past 12 years
😌reminding myself of the things I can control (& the things I can’t). this has been a game changer for my ruminating, over-thinking & sometimes anxious mind
so as a brand new month beckons, I’m feeling topped up & ready for whatever’s next - how has March been for you?
