This one means a lot. The aren’t like other food awards — while most focus mainly on taste, Nourish looks deeper. Products are judged by nutritionists and health experts, who evaluate both nutrition and innovation. For us, that’s the ultimate bar.

We’ve always believed the Nourish Awards are where you spot the truly innovative products before they hit the mainstream. To be recognised here feels like validation of our mission: creating everyday foods that deliver real health benefits without compromising flavour.

Just 4 months ago Aura Sea Salt launched, after many late nights perfecting flavours. Today, it’s started a residency in the iconic Piccadilly window!

This moment is a milestone — proof that healthy food can taste amazing and belong in the most prestigious spaces. But it’s only the beginning. The real measure is how much you, our customers, enjoy it… and so far, the response has been incredible 🙌.

From this morning, you’ll be able to find Aura Sea Salt on the Ground Floor at Piccadilly – and online!

From over 200 brands to just 10 finalists in the Fortnum’s Open Call, their search for the UK’s most exciting emerging food and drink innovators, it’s incredible to see one of the oldest and most prestigious names in retail championing our vision for the future of food.

The Fortnum’s team have been nothing short of amazing – supportive, enthusiastic, and genuinely committed to helping young brands shine. To have them believe in what we’re building means a lot, and this feels like a real milestone on our journey.

Our first two years did not go to plan

But one key learning we had was that great tasting healthy food might just be the key to unlocking better health.

Improving health is our mission, but to make this possible our products need to taste better than the category counterparts.

Our customers want flavour, function and no junk.

Let’s face it, sugar, MSG and sweeteners can have your tastebuds singing like a prime Whitney, so trying to compete while being organic and healthy can feel like an impossible task.

To be awarded 4 Great Taste Awards this year is a big milestone that proves we’re on the right track when it comes to taste!
