The element of lightness and freedom!
Nothing beats that windswept feeling, the calm after the storm. When the breath and the body are aligned, the thoughts flow freely and distractions quieten.
I love to combine an intense, powerful flow with softer, longer stretches for that inner peaceful feeling, allowing the wind to rush by and blow a gale, knowing I am centred and still upon my mat!
