🚀 Rapid Health Update – A Big Step Forward! 🚀

Great news! 🎉 Our new Rapid Health system is now up and running — and you can now use it for patients under 16 too! 🙌

We’ve had a great start (with just a few expected teething issues) and we’re so grateful for your patience and support as we fine-tune things behind the scenes. 💙

One of our key aims with Rapid Health is to reduce telephone waiting times, and as more people start using it, we’re confident it’ll make booking appointments faster and easier for everyone. 📱✨

We would like to remind all patients that our practice operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse — whether verbal, physical, or written — directed at our staff.

Unfortunately, this week has been particularly challenging, with an increase in unacceptable behaviour both within the surgery and over the telephone.
Our staff are here to help and support all patients, and they continue to do their very best under difficult and often demanding circumstances.

We ask that everyone treats our team with respect and kindness. Any form of abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the practice list.
