Research shows that breathing in phytoncides that trees produce helps to lower stress and blood pressure.

2. Affirmations

Write down an affirmation and stick it on the fridge, bathroom cabinet or wardrobe and practice saying it every day.

Healthy boundaries allow you to show up for yourself, not just others.

Celebrating 5 years of Green Space Therapy and Counselling.

Today was very special, celebrating with The Pierce Perspective at our wellbeing garden and highlighting the numerous benefits of Nature Therapy and Social and Therapeutic Horticulture.
