Treatments are tailor made to you with blends created on the day together. Bespoke hand crafted products are available to order using all natural ingredients sourced through specially selected suppliers using knowledge as a clinical aromatherapist to create highly effective results. Specialist aromatherapy workshops and training are also available based upon over 8 years in the industry that can be adapted to corporate environments, adult education academies and general interest talks.

My favourite season is in full swing 🍂

So many gorgeous colours, berries and even fungi everywhere on our walk out today I just had to share.

The cosy darker evenings are an invitation to start withdrawing and resting. No better investment for this than a holistic treatment or aromatic experience 🤍

Lots of change with our family on the move this weekend (although not too far at all).

Change can be challenging in all aspects of life but it's vital for personal growth and resilience 🤍

Treatments will still be in my gorgeous cabin until October 27th and then I'll be in a new interim space so keep your eyes peeled 👀

I have had a fantastic week Penny Price Academy of Aromatherapy with some wonderful students on their last theory module of the clinical diploma in aromatherapy.

I thought I'd share a little bit of what we get up to in class however what I don't have in pictures is the connection, laughter, comadarie & deep seated passion that everyone had.

The use of plant materials as medicine has been around for centuries and as a clinical aromatherapist I harness the use of essential oils to bring balance to our everyday lives and to help maintain health. Aroma Heart Holistics uses all natural ingredients sourced through specially selected suppliers using knowledge as a clinical aromatherapist to create highly effective results.

My passion is sharing my knowledge and expertise to help people make informed decisions on how to detoxify their life and improve their own and their families overall health. Bringing the safe and controlled use of essential oils to homes to enhance well being and lifestyle is my drive after having found aromatherapy to help my manage so many symptoms when I was a teenager.

In the fast paced lifestyle we have it is more important than ever to give ourselves space to be and rest our body and mind which in turn creates a more harmonious and productive you. My mission is to help everyone create a more balanced lifestyle through my years of combined expertise and training.
