💇♀️ Our Cancellation Policy
At The Beauty Barn , we’re a small local salon, and every appointment really matters to us. When you book a slot, that time is set aside just for you, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments make it hard for us to fill the space and keep things running smoothly.
We completely understand that life happens, so all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking. Deposits are to secure your allocated time slot.
Our Policy:
• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge — thank you for letting us know in good time!
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. And loss of any deposit paid.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the appointment cost will be charged. And loss of any deposit paid.
Why We Have This Policy:
Late cancellations and no-shows mean our stylists lose valuable time and wages and it can be too late to offer the appointment to someone else.
These fees help us cover some of that lost time and keep our small business going strong.
If something unexpected comes up, please reach out, we’ll always do our best to be understanding and fair.
You can cancel or reschedule by calling, going on to your email confirmation to reschedule or cancel.
