A four week yoga block where we will explore the foundations of Yoga and learn a yoga flow whilst breaking down the poses (asanas), explore breathwork and learn some Sanskrit names for the poses. This class is perfect for those who are beginners or who want to revisit the foundations and deepen into the practice.

March is the month when we CELEBRATE International Women’s Day and at WIRCC we have a timetable full of FREE classes and workshops focused and themed around Empowerment, Freedom, Self Love & Joy.

1.30-2.30pm - Flow & Freedance (Yoga and Nia inspired dance)

10am-12.30pm -Cyclical Living Workshop - Working with the menstrual cycle as a tool to support wellbeing and awaken feminine power

All classes and workshops are available to book via link in bio except Coffee & Connection where you just drop in.

All classes and workshops will take place at the Old Church, 16 James Street Stornoway except for the Empowering Silent Discos on a Friday which take place at Sandwickhill Studios.

These classes are FREE to all women living in the Western Isles.
