If you are currently registered for Patient Access (i.e. ordering repeat medication via the web, or the Patient Access app on your phone) we need to ensure we have your most up-to-date contact details on record, including an email address.
Keep an eye on your phone — you will be receiving a text message from us over the next few days asking you to confirm or update your details. Please take a moment to respond, as this will help us continue to provide you with the best possible care.
