As with other days in the last week we apologise that we are still experiencing issues with the NHS network, which means we are having problems answering calls, accessing medical systems, and retrieving information.
This is a nationwide issue and is out of our hands, although we are very sorry that this is still affecting our patients.
We will be doing everything we can to give you the best service possible, but would be very grateful for you continued patience and understanding.
