From 1st April, I’m opening up 3 spaces for 1:1 personal training in my home gym in Storrington.

Spring is just around the corner, evenings are getting lighter and I want to help 3 more lovely ladies find that spring in their step by increasing your confidence, increase your strength, and give you the encouragement and motivation to work towards your goals!

I work with clients who want to build sustainable lifestyle changes and improvements and will help you with nutrition habits, motivation, confidence and mindset whilst having fun in a private and non-intimidating gym space.

Sessions start from £30-35 an hour depending on commitment and your goals.

Results take time!

My lovely client Jane has been working with me at my home gym in Storrington since October and been on my Confidence Plan which consists of 2x45 minute sessions a week, additional home workouts, nutritional support and guidance and recipe books.

Whilst she’s been working with me she’s enjoyed Christmas, nights out, parties, celebrations all without restriction.

Our first measurement check before Christmas showed ✨ 17.5cm ✨difference! 😲

If this wasn’t amazing enough, our second check last week showed us a total of 💥 37cms💥 all over!

Jane is working on her confidence and ability to see herself in a positive and beautiful way, which takes time!

However her confidence in the gym, with her lifts and her overall progression has been absolutely amazing!

This is just a reminder that although we want to see the scales decrease and move (if weight loss is the goal) it’s also important to recognise other amazing accomplishments along the way like:

2 years today gyms in the U.K we told to close and we had no idea when they would reopen!

Little did we know that it would last as long as it did. Going from a decent income to earning £480 a month, was beyond tough. But we learned to adapt, learned to grow and proved that we were willing to fight.

Now, we came back stronger than before.

Still been the hardest 2 years of my life though, I have lost count of the amount of times that I wanted to give up and do something different. A high % of personal trainers quit and gave up, because they were focused on the money rather than the journey.

I’m proud to say that these 2 years have only made my passion and enthusiasm stronger. But it has taught me to be brave and be strong.

2 years on we still see ourselves in a scary situation with the cost of living and fuel prices rising and an awful war in Ukraine with people fleeing their homes.

Sadly life may get harder before it gets better, but one thing is for sure, we won’t stop and we won’t quit 💪🏼

Prioritising our health is still as important as it was 2 years ago, maybe even more so.

You can’t replace your health, look after it and take action 🧡

✨ Ladies Who Lift! ✨

A 6 week Weight lifting workshop which is guaranteed to get you feeling -

💥 Stronger 💪🏼
💥 Confident 💁🏻‍♀️
💥 Comfortable 💃🏼

Each week we will focus on different lifts - Barbell Squat, Barbell Bench Press, Barbell Deadlift and our Barbell Rows.

These are all fundamental movements when it comes to weight-lifting.

We will also work through free-weight accessory exercises.

By the end of the 6 weeks, I’ll have you all feeling comfortable a barbell 💪🏼

So how does it work -
1 x 45 minute group coaching session a week.
Limited to 4 spaces only so that I can ensure I can teach and support you all fully.
Time: Mondays (starting Monday 7th March) exact time to be confirmed with the group.
What’s included: Weekly session, weekly support and motivation via WhatsApp group chat, nutrition advice and support, 3x recipe books (Vegan/Vegetarian are available).

You can secure your spot today with a deposit of £50 and pay the remaining £99 between 1-6th March, or pay in full.

Important - there is a requirement of 3 spaces for the workshop to run and if these numbers aren’t reached, you will receive a full refund or payment towards a private 1:1 session/sessions.

Body size & shape really don’t relate to someones knowledge on nutrition & or training.

There’s some people who aren’t going to like me saying that 😉

It’s a huge issue that people equate these things.

Especially in the age of plastic surgery, drugs & worst of all, photoshop!

Those aren’t what I want to focus on though.

The first thing that springs to mind is GENETICS!

Many individuals can ‘succeed’ despite suboptimal or even mostly incorrect methods!

Simply due to their genetics!

Some individuals can apply the same level of effort & it will never lead to the same result.

Even more impactful is that it won’t even relate to the same level of progress!

Our tendency as humans to observe someone who is muscular or lean etc & think they must have the answer is a huge issue.

Which is so often, sadly, exploited 💲

So no, I won’t be releasing a special Mac-Tricep training plan 😅

An even bigger issue is seeing someone we deem as not in shape & believing they are ‘lazy’ or ’not eating right’.

We need to do better as an industry & making people aware of this.
