T- Minus 7 days until we head off to the Sahara πͺπ to take on the desert and its challenging terrain across 100kms!
Wild camping, no showers / toilet facilities and pretty much a 0% chance of seeing another person for the entire journey ( apart from those in our group of 17) its going to be pretty daunting,
Not to mention no electricity, not sure about WiFi, Scorpions, snakes, spiders???.... and god knows about the food π«£ this will be up there with one of the most mentally challenging things I've ever done,
All for a great cause of course and one that we have been trying to raise funding and awareness for all year, with many events locally,
We are raising money for DKMS UK and currently sitting at around Β£17,500, so a little off our target of Β£20,000!
If anyone would like to make a donation towards our charity and sponsor us for the 100km trek we would greatly appreciate it, any and all donations not matter how small, it all adds up ππ
I have shared Sophia's recent interview on county radio ( in my story) which explains fully why we are so pationiate about raising as much as we can for DKMS β€οΈ
Thank you!
