Ain't no party like a TBA Group party 🥳 Yesterday we had so much fun celebrating 40 years of TBA PLC 🎉

It was great to get together reflect on the amazing achievements of the group this year 👏 and have TBA Founder, Tony Ball MBE, join us to share his incredible stories.

As a business born in the 80's, it only seemed right we party accordingly...right? 🕺 With 80's themed team-building challenges, 'Now That's What We Call 80's' on play 🎵 and neon accessories actively encouraged 🎀 we had the best time in the most stunning location.

It's a brew-tiful day to take some time to connect! ☕ No work chat, no email replies - just feelgood chatter with our bananas 💬🍌

Making meaningful connections make all the difference to our mental health, and our CSR days help us to continue making connections in the wider community too, but today it's all about our team! 💪 So, we blocked out an hour of our day to spend time with a cuppa, a slice of cake, and have a good old chin wag - because you never know who might be needing it most 💛

Over 45% of people in the UK have suffered with loneliness, and as a business built on creating connections, this year’s theme is incredibly close to our heart 💛 So that we can all offer support to those that need it most, we're highlighting some of the different types of loneliness, how they might feel, and that they may not look how you expect 💭

Sometimes, the most vibrant 💡 person in the room can feel lonely, it doesn't always mean they're the same on the inside as they are on the outside. So, if there's one key take away this week, it’s to make the effort to connect to the people around you, they may appreciate it way more than you know ❣️
