Salary: £10.50 - £17.00 (depending on the client, location and shift)

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to work with our clients within the Southampton, Hampshire and Salisbury Locations. Sync Alliance Healthcare provides Staffing solutions to a range of healthcare providers including supported living, residential services, elderly nursing homes, Younger Adult Facilities, Secure Units and children’s services.
Your role will include:
• Prompting medication
• Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
• Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
• To maintain records of daily activities and updating records.
• To enable and assist service users to maintain as much autonomy and independence as possible.
Requirements:
• The right to work in the UK
• Six months' paid experience of working in care.
• 2 Satisfactory References
• Excellent communication skills
• A driver's licence is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good professional and personal references
