After speaking with Tracy about my concerns from side effects I have from receiving Botox that was done at another cosmetic practice. I left symetrie feeling well informed, reassured and massively grateful.
I cannot thank Tracy enough for her time and patience to explain what has happened to me, she went into great detail about the anatomy of the face and reassured me that the affects are temporary and will subside.
After feeling upset and helpless from the side effects of receiving botox treatment elsewhere. I reached out to symetrie aesthetics in hope they could shed some light on my situation and ease my worries. I am so glad that I did. Tracy was wonderful and I left with understanding as to what actually went wrong.
I will definitely be returning to Tracy for future procedures as I know I will be in safe hands.
