Can anyone volunteer to marshal at Dudley Park Run at The Dell Stadium tomorrow morning? They need just 5 more marshals otherwise they will need to cancel the event which is a real shame!
I’ve been marshalling the last few weeks with my son Cody but we are unable to go tomorrow.

Please help if you can!

I love Pilates …. And I love weight training…. And the two together give you a perfect combination!

I love my sessions with - giving me structure means I’m consistent! As a busy working mom in my 40’s I need that 😂

Our bodies change as we enter into this part of our lives and our workouts need to adapt to that!
