Hey there! For those who don’t know me, here is a brief introduction! I am an ex-marathon-running- lawyer who turned my passion for fitness into my profession some 20 years ago. Starting from fairly lowly beginnings as a gym instructor at my local gym, I have slowly but diligently built up my knowledge, experience and qualifications to enable me to offer the very best service to my clientele.

I am a wife and mother as well as a business owner , so I understand how life can feel like a major juggling act. I am a veteran of well over 70 marathons and ultra-marathons, an Ironman triathlete and a marathon swimmer but I have also suffered injuries and illness as well as female health problems, so I appreciate how it feels to be unfit, ill or injured just as much as I do when you are on top of your game. My job is to work with you from where you are to help you to achieve the best possible results… and to help you enjoy the process as well as the results.

Happy September!

I hope you have had a great summer and have made the most of the beautiful weather! I have had an amazing couple of months juggling work with spending some fabulous quality time with my family. I have climbed, paddle-boarded and swum in and around the Norwegian Fjords, hiked in the Lake District and Snowdonia, and run and swum in Devon. I am now back at work full-time and readying myself for the winter season.

The new Autumn school term signals the start of the academic year, and the start of my next 3-month training block. With a couple of clients having altered their training times, I currently have some limited additional availability in the gym for early Monday evenings, and for Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Please let me know if you would wish to add to or change your current sessions to move into any of those times. I also have some availability over the next 6 weeks for mobile massage appointments, but these will book up fast so please let me know as soon as possible if you need me to schedule you in.

Whatever you are up to in the forthcoming weeks, have a fabulous September, and I hope to see you soon!

Ladies and gentlemen. I have been away from social media but very busy in the background over the last 12 months or so. I have moved my gym-based clientele into a new location and am in the process of simplifying my brand offerings and refreshing my branding.
