Single leg strengthening work- one thing that is overlooked by a lot of patients we see. Often patients are doing squats, deadlifts, leg press etc- all on two legs🦵🦵. Just think- does your sport involve you standing on two legs most of the time?? If it involves any form of running- that’s single leg 🦵Get going with these and watch your strength improve 💪💪

✨Meet our new physiotherapist, Terry! ✨

We are pleased to say that Terry will be joining us full time from 17th November! He will be in for a few days before then to familiarise himself with the clinic and patients and we are really looking forward to him joining to team.

Terry is dedicated physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Essex in 2025. With over 15 years in the health and fitness industry, he brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and practical know-how to his work. He’s a Level 3 qualified Sports Massage Therapist and a certified Personal Trainer, persistent in helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more actively.

His special interests are musculoskeletal physiotherapy and incorporating vestibular rehabilitation principles to those from a neurodiverse background. Terry is committed to restoring function and confidence in his patients, whether they’re recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply aiming to improve their physical performance. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of movement make him a trusted guide on the road to recovery.

Outside the clinic, Terry lives what he teaches. He loves to play and coach rugby, has dabbled in martial arts and holds his own skateboarding with his children. His enthusiasm for movement is infectious, and he loves working closely with patients to help them rediscover their strength, balance, and independence.
