Pilates is a low impact exercise aimed at improving your core strength, flexibility, posture, balance, breathing and relaxation. Medically recommended to improve back strength and reduce back ache. Suitable for all ages and abilities from oaps to elite athletes. Classes are run
Mondays: 17.15; 18.15 and 19.15
Tuesdays: 13.45
Thursdays: 17.30, 18.30. 19.30
Beginners induction courses run regularly
Shared and private sessions by arrangement.

The really smart new venue for Tuesdays' class at 1.45pm. A really super hall with wooden floor, and air conditioning for the hot weather (if we get any 😂) Stowmarket Scout Centre IP14 1EX by the church in Stowmarket. A couple of spaces available.

Evening classes still at Onehouse Community Centre IP14 3HJ
Mondays 5.15. 6.20pm and 7.25pm
Thursdays 5.45 and 6.50pm
Classes are also available via Zoom if you prefer to do from home.

There are a few spaces on Monday evenings and Tuesday 1.45pm
Thursday's classes are currently full, please apply to be on a waiting list if you want to join on Thursday.
