Thank you for coming and working so hard this morning yogis. This class is completely inclusive and open to everyone. I’ll meet you where you’re at and support you from there. You’ll work your body, mind and breath. You’ll come away feeling stronger, more flexible and better able to control your breath and focus. Yoga is for everyone- you don’t need to be a bendy vegan who gets up at 5am I absolutely promise! Today our snacks were Waitrose chocolate rolls with chocolate milk so that’s the kind of yogi I am! 😆🫶✨😘

Thanks to and her brilliant system and team, almost four years of waiting for an official diagnosis has finally come to an end. Still another 12-18 months for the official autism assessment but we’re getting there. I will be trying out medication to see if it can ease some of the more challenging traits/symptoms of my particular flavour of adhd (like anxiety, rejection sensitivity, overwhelm and memory). Anyone want to know more about how it goes?

I’m beyond grateful that my kids still want to hang out with me, that we have comfort, safety, warmth and love. This is wealth beyond my wildest dreams and I never take it for granted. We took out an annual membership today so we can visit anytime we like. The girls have always loved animals and are starting to think about possible careers with them. I’m honestly just happy to be there with them! 💕💕💕🫶
