I am still teaching but outside until the weather too cold ... wear layers and layers and layers to class ! I now have space for 1 more one to one session a week . Please email or text if interested as I’m rarely online ! This was the year I was abandoning online . I’m nit mad on online “persona’s “ and the judgements people make ( including employers, I mean really ! Judgements of others you haven’t met / or have met , from their online persona are a reflection of you . So this is a reflection of me 🤣) . So I was going offline but then Covid happened !! Any students I’ve not Contacted yet since lockdown , well please contact me if you need details of outdoor classes and I will reply !

Hello anyone who finds themselves here 🙄 I’ve been enjoying the break ( that’s an under statement ) and I’ve not tackled online anything yet . I’d probably work best if given a request e.g. a session for the abdominals or feet or neck or hands , a chakra , pranayama etc etc ...this could be by Skype / FaceTime / google or pre recorded etc etc
I am insured to teach outside in a public place or garden if I don’t have to enter through house / use loo . So it needs its own access . text or call if you’d like a private outdoor 1 to 1 with social distancing of 3 m minimum as I’m trying to protect a vulnerable adult I work with as a carer and obviously everyone ! I could teach more than one member of same household . At least I never liked invasion of personal ,space mine or others , or worked hands on . Not dissing any teacher who does , it’s great yoga teachers come in 57 varieties so there’s something for everyone

I’m providing holiday cover for The classes at Stowhealth , Violet hill road for next 3 Monday’s 10th , 17th and 24th September at 6.40pm til 8pm. Top floor in the conference room if anyone wants to come , there are a few spaces, so drop in is fine .
