Buzzing to be able to manage my rehab without the knee brace this week and add in some weights. Focusing on building strength, endurance, control and increasing ROM.

-Banded hip abduction 3x15
-Banded hip extension 3x15
-Banded hip flexion 3x15
-Double straight leg heel raises rep to failure (RTF) x 3
-Double bent leg heel raises 3xRTF
-Single straight leg heel raises 3xRTF
-Single bent leg heel raises 3xRTF
-RDL with 20kg 3x15
-Mini Squats 3x15
-Isometric quad squeeze 3x15 hold
-Straight leg groin squeeze 3x15
-Mini squat groin squeeze 3x15
-End range knee flexion 3x1min

Unfortunately I will be closed for an unknown period of time due to suffering a knee injury requiring surgery.

I will keep you posted on my recovery, rehab and will let you know when we are open for business again.
