Greg Mitchell Motors is a respected, family-run dealership specialising in premium used cars and commercial vehicles. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Used Car Preparation Controller to join our expanding team.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
- Oversee the entire used car prep process from arrival to forecourt and online display
- Liaise with technicians, valeters, and external repairers
- Control prep costs and ensure vehicles meet manufacturer/company standards
- Coordinate MOTs, servicing, repairs, and cosmetic work
- Ensure vehicles are retail-ready and prepared for marketing
- Maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
- Previous motor trade experience (essential)
- Experience in a similar role (Workshop Controller, Service Advisor, Used Car Controller, etc.)
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and cost-control skills
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
