Day 2 back on plan ๐ฟ
No pressure. No perfection. Just routine.
Up early, house cleaned, ready for a Reiki session โจ
Out for a walk to clear my head
Body supported, not punished
This morning I had my Superfoods and Control,
at lunchtime I had my Complete Protein,
and yes โ I borrowed Luminate from my friend and teamie Jennifer until mine arrives tomorrow ๐ค
My advice if youโre feeling overwhelmed or burnt out:
โจ Stop trying to do everything
โจ Do a few supportive things consistently
โจ Let your nervous system catch up
Small daily choices regulate cortisol far better than big dramatic resets.
