This post is specific to any person involved with impact sport, involving running, jumping and/or changing direction eg football, GAA, basketball, running, rugby etc.
Have you a nagging injury that doesn't seem to want to go away? Have you tried massage, needling, cupping whilst giving some relief it returns regularly?
