The Buck Full Moon in July, named for the time when male deer (bucks) begin growing their antlers, is spiritually associated with growth, renewal, and transformation. It symbolises shedding old patterns and embracing new versions of oneself. This moon encourages tapping into inner strength, manifesting new goals, and navigating challenges with self-control and compassion.

For those of you booked into class already who would rather not do an outdoor session please let us know and we can refund or credit. We know it's not for everyone but we have to make the most of the gorgeous weather and doing Yoga within nature really is the most wonderful experience.
