Following my graduation in Yoga Therapy (Dip YT) from the Scottish School of Yoga Therapy (SSYT), and as a member of the Yoga Therapy Collective, Scotland, I am now offering appointments for individuals seeking deeper self-understanding and personal exploration in a safe, supportive space.

Yoga Therapy is not simply a one-to-one yoga session. Rooted in Ayurvedic Yoga Philosophy, it is a personalised approach that integrates:

Your journey begins with an observational assessment, where we explore:

From there:
• We aim to understand the whole person—not just isolated
symptoms
• Sessions evolve naturally, allowing space for conversation,
reflection, and emotional exploration
• A bespoke yoga plan is developed to support your
individual journey
All information shared is held in strict confidence. Sessions are typically one hour, with scheduling adapted to how you’re feeling on the day. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a personalised yoga practice designed just for you.
