‼️Accurx - How to arrange an appointment at the practice‼️

From the 23rd March 2026, the GP practice will be moving on to an appointment system called Accurx. Accurx is a trusted NHS-approved platform designed to make communication between patients and practices easier and more efficient. This change will help us streamline requests and improve response times.

You will be contacted by our clinician team. Please ensure we have the correct contact details including email and your phone is within signal range/off silent/charged etc. Your issue will be dealt with during this consultation for example issuing a prescription.

Please be reassured, if you are having technical diffuiculties, our phone lines will still be open, however, we encourage you to submit your request online.
