Just a little heads-up for anyone travelling from East Kilbride to Strathaven…

There are road works in place and a diversion is currently operating, so your usual journey might take a bit longer than normal.

Please make sure you allow a little extra time when heading to class so you can arrive relaxed, unhurried, and ready to move 🧘‍♀️🔥

It’s absolutely freezing out there 🥶

And winter doesn’t just hit your mood, it hits your body too.
