🌸 Reasons Why I Fell in Love with Shiatsu
I still remember my first Shiatsu session so clearly. I was a new mum and one of my dearest friend gifted me a treatment. Six months after giving birth, my hips were still aching, and while osteopathy had helped, something was missing.
When Ivana came to my house for our session, I had no expectations… and it completely blew me away. I felt tension melt from my body, and as she worked on my leg, emotions from the birth surfaced — I cried and felt seen. From that day on, my hip pain was gone and I was hooked.
