This is my most requested session to return — and for good reason.

Join me for a very special group hypnosis meditation where I gently guide you through therapeutic hypnotherapy to reconnect with your Inner Child — the younger version of you who still thrives on joy, curiosity, humour, adventure, creativity… and yes, even ice-cream fun 🍦

So often, as adults, we lose touch with these natural qualities. Through this deeply nurturing experience, you’ll be invited to:

A lot of the things people judge themselves for — anxiety, habits, avoidance, overwhelm — aren’t personal failings.
They’re signs of a system that’s been in survival mode for too long.

Stress doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like sugar cravings, smoking to regulate, drinking to switch off, or avoiding things like flying or driving because your body doesn’t feel safe.

This work isn’t about forcing change.
It’s about helping the nervous system settle, so change can happen naturally.

for a special extended 90-minute evening session.

Theme: ENERGY

This is not a standard meditation class.

Rest & Revive is a deeply calming, immersive nervous-system experience designed to help the body move out of bracing and into safety — where energy can restore naturally.

At this time of year, many of us feel tired but wired.
Pushing doesn’t bring energy back — rest does.

This session supports that shift through:

Finding Calm, Compassion & Perspective when dealing with difficult people.

Some people don’t just challenge us — they activate us.

Certain conversations, relationships, or personalities can leave the body tense, the mind looping, and the nervous system stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn long after the interaction has ended.

This session is not about analysing others or forcing forgiveness.
It’s about helping your nervous system settle so you can respond with greater compassion, clarity, and perspective — for yourself and for others.

Rest & Revive – Dealing with Difficult People is a trauma-informed, immersive experience designed to support the body in:
✨ releasing emotional charge held after challenging interactions
✨ reducing reactivity and internal stress
✨ restoring a sense of safety and calm
✨ accessing compassion without self-abandonment
✨ gaining perspective without minimising your experience

The session blends:
• hypnotherapy-based meditation

• somatic practices to release stored tension

Posting my first face-to-camera video wasn’t easy.
My inner critic had a lot to say.
Not yet. You’re not ready. You don’t look right.

But growth doesn’t wait for perfect confidence.
Sometimes it begins with a small brave step forward.

This year I chose Action not to push myself harder
but to gently keep moving when anxiety tries to freeze me.

If you’re in a season where you want to grow
but feel stuck unseen or overwhelmed
a single word can act as an anchor
something your nervous system can return to
without pressure or expectation.

especially if you live with anxiety or are navigating a big life transition.

My Year in Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This year stretched me in ways I didn’t expect — emotionally, mentally and personally. Watching my children grow and my role shift wasn’t easy, but it taught me so much about mindset, courage and growth.

I learnt just how powerful the brain is. When my mindset was positive, I moved forward; when anxiety and limiting beliefs crept in, I paused. The reminder? Thoughts shape outcomes.

Starting a meditation group was one of the bravest things I’ve ever done and working 1-2-1 with clients has been a true privilege. I stepped outside my comfort zone with branding photos, gained confidence and realised I no longer need to put myself in a box — confidence is a mindset, and it starts with courage.

Working in inspiring women-owned studios, finding flexibility between teaching, business and family, and falling in love with the Scottish outdoors have all been huge highlights. No more guilt — just gratitude.

As this year closes, take a moment to look back at your photos and really see how much you’ve achieved. Growth is often clearer clearer in hindsight ✨
