Crystal House is based at the Richmond Hotel which sits in an elevated position overlooking the spa village.

A charming Victorian house built in 1885; the Richmond Hotel retains many original features, whilst providing comfortable modern en-suite accommodation.

On 27th October closed it's doors for business and we left on 4th November for our new adventure after nearly 12 and a half years of being in this Highland home. We wish to thanks all our clients, guests and customers who have experienced the magic with us 🌟☺️💙

Hi some of you may have noticed that Phil is selling his classic cars due to a job relocation. After 12.5 happy and creative years at Crystal House we are leaving for pasture and adventures new. Close of business will be the 27th October and we;ll be moving on te 2 Nov.

A huge thank you to everyone that has been part of our journey in Strathpeffer. Octobers soundbath on the 8th Oct will be the last one.

WE are passing the baton for StrathBetter to new organisers that will be amazing and ensure that the community festival that we all have co-created continues. Love and light. x

Our Story

Sarina and Phil where called to what has become Crystal House in 2011 and have steadily transformed both the appearance and energies of the building and gardens. They have created a relaxing environment whether you stay as part of a Scottish touring holiday, come for a retreat break , one of the healing therapies on offer, or even as a evening guest for the weekend restaurant and lounge bar.

Crystal House has become a multi faceted gem that provides a venue for events, therapist, musicians and for people that want to gather and communicated with others. Nowhere is this seen more than in the annual StrathBetter festival which, brings people together form across the highlands for a weekend of high vibrational festival of wellbeing and oneness.
