A couple of places still available on next Saturday’s yoga workshop. Two hours of movement, breathing and meditation allowing you to take time and really tune in to how you are feeling. It’s not really that different to a yoga class - just more time to breath, to move and to let go.
The intention of this workshop is to help ground ourselves, bring our focus to caring for ourselves and “filling our own cup” so that we have the resources to do all that we wish to do. We will move through some postures that bring release and some that build strength, exploring how to find balance both on and off the mat. We will end with a yoga nidra (guided relaxation).
As well as the in-person yoga workshop, attendees will receive a yoga nidra audio-recording and instructions for a yoga sequence to follow at home to help ground us.
Suitable for all levels of yogi (newcomers welcome).
