Let's talk about the Chakras.
I have had many conversations regarding chakras recently, so thought I would make a post for my clients to refer to. I have given a hightlight into the 7 main chakras but encourage everyone to do there own research, find the info that resonates with them.
Here is a list of ways to balance, unblock and clear energy flow through the Chakras.
🧘♂️Meditation
If you are new to meditation, look on line for guided meditations that will help you through. Pull on the appropriate symbol of the chakra. Visualisation meditation is also fab for this
🤗Regular Reiki.... 🙋🏼
Reiki works closely with energy and the Chakras. Helping to identify blockages, cleanse and balance chakras. By identifying your weaker Chakras, you can then do your 'homework' to heal it. Book in now 🙌
🔮Crystals
Each chakra has a crystal/colour that it connects with. Treat yourself to a relevent crystal that you can hold while you visualise the opening of that chakra... Wear it as jewelry, have it in your pocket, put it on your desk/next to your bed. And let it work it's magic.
🌈Colour Connections
You may find that you are more drawn to certain colours, whether it's clothes, furniture or makeup. This can be a connection to your chakra. If you are working on a particular chakra try and surround yourself with the chakra colour, to subconsciously nurture and connect.
🕉️Yoga /Pranayama /Breath work
Obviously breathing if great, and good for us. But these practices help us connect our physical bodies to our spiritual minds. It also helps with deeper meditation, oxygenating the body and clearing out toxins.
✨Essential oils
An essential oil is a natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic odour of the plant. Each sent has a different effect on the your mood and body... Get researching 🙌
📓 Journalling
Write down your meditations, experiences, feelings and journey. It will be so encouraging to read back over and monitor your growth. Write down your manifestations and intentions for the future.
