I've totally come out of my comfort zone with this!

For the last 8 months I have been planning a new event for those who are trying to figure out what kind of wellness they need with my great friend Ruth .

About yesterday 👇

I popped up to Bristol yesterday for my first ever .

I had some great conversations with people and enjoyed and learnt a lot from the talks they had on offer

Have you ever wondered 👇

If men suffer due to infertility?

💔 They do

💔 We often forget that men have feelings and trauma related to childlessness. 

🏗 Dreams shattered, feelings of hopelessness, feeling useless to name a few. 

But sometimes they feel they can't express their feelings at the same time as their partner in fear of everything falling apart.

💪 They have to be the strong one, the one that has to support their grieving partner. It's not like it's their body that this is happening to, but in so many ways it is. 

It's still happening to them, they still have thoughts and feelings but some have no where to turn. Their friends might not even understand.

So on this day and any other day if your friend doesn't have children and doesn't talk about it, just think that maybe they do want to talk about it but just don't know how to.

🧡 Please do ask how they are doing especially if they are supporting a partner that is grieving not being able to have children.
