Itโ€™s that festive time of year again! ๐Ÿฅพ Our Health Connector, Alison, will be leading tomorrowโ€™s Level 1 health walk in Glastonbury (Wednesday 3rd December).

The meeting point is outside Glastonbury Town Hall at 10am. The walk is open to everyone - but if you feel you need support with the walk, please bring along a friend, family member, support worker or carer.

Level 1 walks are around 1 to 1.5 miles long, flat or with gentle slopes, and ideal for those who are able to walk 30 to 40 minutes with minimal stops.

If youโ€™re attending for the first time, all you need to do is complete a one-time registration before your first walk, either online on the Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership - SASP website or on the day. Find the online form here ๐Ÿ‘‰ sasp.co.uk/forms/view/shwregistration2025

The Somerset Health Walks are FREE wellbeing walks that bring people together to get active. There are a range of walks in Mendip with different levels available from beginner to advanced.
