Yesterday we launched our brand new hearing care practice in Crewkerne. Thank you to everybody in popped in to say hello and take a look around.

🌟 Community Spirit on Parade! 🌟

At South West Hearing Care, we’re proud to be part of the wonderful Somerset community, and this month, two of our team members are taking that spirit to the streets!

Sarah has been busy helping behind the scenes with stewarding, while Debbie has gone all out with costume and makeup to perform in the Wizard of Oz section of this year’s Somerset County Guy Fawkes Carnivals Association processions, one of the biggest and most spectacular carnival celebrations in Europe!

They’ve already joined the fun in Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-super-Mare, and North Petherton, but there are still more chances to see them:

📰 You may have seen in this week's news that British veterans are taking legal action over faulty earplugs that left many with lifelong hearing damage.

As hearing care specialists we know how important it is to protect hearing – and sadly, we see the impact of noise damage in many ex-service personnel who come through our doors. Tinnitus, hearing loss and difficulty following conversations are common struggles that can affect quality of life long after service.

At South West Hearing Care, we want to do our part locally. That’s why we’re encouraging any veterans in East Somerset or West Wiltshire who are concerned about their hearing to book a professional assessment with us. Early assessment can make all the difference.
