30 minutes | £25

A gentle, quick session to support rest and reset. Ideal for a brief energy top-up.

Reconnect - 1 hour Reiki Session
1 hour | £45

A full head-to-toe Reiki session, perfect for those new to Reiki or seeking deeper relaxation. New clients receive £5 off this session.

Enhance - 1 hour 40 minutes Reiki Session
1 hour 40 minutes | £65

A more immersive session for those who would like extra time for deeper relaxation and focused energy support. Includes a full body treatment and time afterwards to gently reflect and ask any questions.

Please note: Sessions include a brief check-in at the beginning and a short grounding period at the end. Reiki is offered as a complementary practice and does not replace medical care.

January is a funny old time.

It’s a season of in-between - when we aren’t quite moving forwards, but simply being. For some, this feels like an exhale after the rush of December. For others, it can feel uncomfortable as our inner worlds grow louder.

We’re so used to moving at speed that being asked to pause can feel big and even scary. When I catch myself wondering

“What should I be doing?” the answer is often right outside - in nature 🌷

Have you noticed how the garden is right now? Small shoots are peeking through the ground, but they aren’t rushing. They move gently - push, pause, push, pause. Nature always knows the pace.

When we surrender to that rhythm, it can be surprisingly freeing. When we fight it, our bodies often let us know (I’m learning this myself right now).

So today’s reminder is simple: just be.

And when you need guidance, look outside - nature will always show you the way 🌱

As with many of you, I slowly place my feet on the ground after a restful Christmas and gently ease back into the routine. My diary is once again open on weekends for those feeling the nudge to receive Reiki.

Wishing you all a warm return after the holidays - may the weeks ahead be slow and steady… 🐌 😌

This is not a time for pushing, but for grounding and feeling into the softness of your environment.

This reminds us that while the calendar urges us to start fresh in January, the natural world is still in a phase of deep rest. Its significance lies in validating the instinct to slow down, turn inward, and honor winter’s quieter rhythm instead of forcing growth. It invites a gentler, more nature‑aligned understanding of beginnings, one that starts in the roots before it ever reaches the bloom.

Well that’s me - my diary is officially closed now until January, I’ll be taking a gentle break with my little crew and return the weekend of 10th January where I will once again open my diary each Saturday and Sunday for those feeling the call to receive reiki ✨

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of the wonderful humans I have welcomed into my practice since opening its doors to the Strontian and surrounding communities in November - the warm, kind response, and support I have received has just been wonderful. I am so so grateful.
